We started our workshop by watching the movie „From grain to bread“. We got to know our students with some of the facts when it comes to traditional ways of wheat farming and how to make bread out of it.

After watching the movie we started with the practical part. Our chef Stanko explained how to make bread. The ingredients are: flour, hot water, salt and yeast.

The most important part is the way of kneading the bread. At the end we need to shape and, of course, bake it.

We had to try our bread, too.

We are baking pretzels and bread rolls for our school exhibition, Days of bread.
